Violeta leads with authenticity, energy and lived experience. She creates spaces where participants feel safe to be themselves, explore connection and grow on their own terms. 
Wayde Richardson: Neurodiversity Employment & Creative Mentor

What he brings:
Wayde brings 20+ years of experience in the music and creative industries, alongside training in audio engineering, production and small business. As a writer for SceneSTR, podcaster, and digital creator, Wayde blends creativity with lived experience to support neurodivergent individuals in confidence, connection, and meaningful self-expression.
Krystle
Strengths:
  •  She supports people to build awareness of tone, body language, and presence so they can feel more in control and genuinely understood in conversations.

What she brings:
 
Krystle is our men’s confidence coach mentor who helps people communicate in ways that feel clear, authentic and aligned with how their brain works. As a neurodivergent herself she understands that communication isn’t one-size-fits-all and offers practical, flexible strategies that reduce overthinking without pressure to mask.
Adam Turay

With over 15 years of experience, he brings a calm, friendly energy and a genuine passion for helping people live life their way.

His biggest strength is connection; Adam has a natural ability to build trust, share a laugh, and create a space where people feel respected, understood, and in control.
