Possibilities Psychological Services
Chiu Lau (she/her) is a neurodivergent psychologist with an invisible disability. She is also the founder of Possibilities Psychological Services, established in 2012 and awarded Best New Business by the NSW Small Business Commissioner in 2013. With over two decades of experience across early intervention, trauma recovery, and neurodevelopmental and gender-diverse care, Chiu brings a deeply person-centred, trauma-informed, and no-BS approach to therapy and consulting. Her professional journey began in 2003 supporting autistic children and their families, evolving into a lifelong commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals to thrive on their own terms. She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of New England and is a member of AAPi and AUSPATH. Chiu is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent people in business and leadership, helping them navigate burnout, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, chronic health issues, and the unique challenges of masking in professional spaces. Clients describe her as thorough, down-to-earth, and fiercely affirming of both gender and neurodiversity. At Possibilities, Chiu combines evidence-based practice with authentic human connection, creating space for people to reclaim agency, balance, and self-trust.
The Connected Bookkeeper
I help neurodivergent business owners untangle the chaos of numbers and rebuild calm, confident money systems that work with their brains, not against them.
I’m not your typical bookkeeper. I combine over a decade of financial expertise with a deep and personal understanding of fluctuating capacity, executive function challenges, and the emotional weight that often comes with money management. There’s no judgment, no jargon, and definitely no shame.
Together, we create simple, repeatable systems that support your energy and goals, using practical education and gentle accountability. Every session is human-first and capacity-led because life context matters as much as cash flow.
Bookkeeping without the BS. Connection led, empowering, and genuinely supportive of the way you work.
Little Paws Plushies
Little Paws Plushies sells Emotional Support Stuffed Animals (ESSAs) designed to help people of all ages feel safe, calm, and understood. The idea began when the founder saw how much comfort a single plushie gave her autistic daughter, helping her find the courage to return to school. That experience inspired a mission to create meaningful, accessible comfort for others too.
These aren’t ordinary plush toys. Each ESSA is thoughtfully chosen with soft textures, realistic designs, and features like emotional support vests that help normalise comfort tools in everyday life. Whether it’s for a child with separation anxiety, a teen facing social challenges, or an adult managing a hidden disability, our plushies are built to be lifelong companions.
At its core, Little Paws Plushies is about support, inclusion, and belonging. We believe that needing comfort is nothing to be ashamed of. Through our designs and our advocacy for neurodivergence and mental health awareness, we offer a simple but powerful message: you are not alone.
Sometimes, a soft and understanding friend is all it takes to feel a little more at home in the world.

We run skill-building programs too, such as cooking, budgeting, sewing, independent living, and our popular Dungeons & Dragons groups for adults and young people.
At Enabling Independence, we help people grow, feel confident, and enable them to live a full and meaningful life.
Katrina Williams
Hello! I’m your friendly neighbourhood Inclusive Humanist Celebrant & Life|Death Doula. I empower people to live and die meaningfully, with custom ceremonies, education and genuine continuity of care. I’m here to offer joy, wisdom, perspective & healing. No cookie cutters – just meaningful experiences. Accommodations are all about wellbeing. No judgement, no dogma – just come as you are. You are safe to be yourself with me. I get what it’s like to be minimised as a ‘square peg’ (I’m a grey-A AuDHD human who gets tricky religious and trauma stuff).
I can help you with:
* Ceremonies and rituals – for Identity (namings, gender and age milestones), Relationships (legal marriage, commitment, renewal, uncoupling), Grief & Bereavement (living wakes, funerals, memorials) and more.
* Death literacy education – Mortality is like puberty – it’s less scary when you have a cool big-sister-figure to tell you what’s what.
* Life|Death Doula – I’m like the wizard who guides the hero through their epic journey, with practical support and compassionate care (non-medical).
Based in Adelaide on beautiful Kaurna Land. Will travel.

Relationship & Self Worth Coach
I help emotionally intelligent women understand and change the relationship patterns that affect self-worth, connection, and belonging.
My work is especially supportive for neurodivergent women who feel deeply, overthink often, and struggle with patterns such as people-pleasing, over-giving, self-doubt, or feeling “too much” or “not enough” in relationships.
Through psychology-informed coaching, mindset work, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation, I support clients to build a more secure relationship with themselves — so relationships with others feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and non-judgemental. Awareness, safety and the right support can create meaningful change.
I work with women who want to feel more confident in who they are, communicate with clarity, and experience deeper, healthier connections, without abandoning themselves in the process.
